Hi and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you experienced crashes. Did you experience any issues with this in chapter 1 as well or is it only in chapter 2? Please make sure you have updated your graphics card:
If you have a NVIDIA Graphics card, please download the latest drivers from this website: https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/geforce/drivers/
If you have an AMD Graphics card, please check the link below: https://www.amd.com/en/support
Also make sure you have all required DirectX Runtime Dependencies. Download the Web Installer and follow the instructions: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

Lisbeth | Bible X: Hi, We had this problem once in chapter 1. All drivers are on their latest updated.
One thing I thought to mention is that we were playing with bad internet connection every time this happened and if I recall the night, the error seema to have stoopped once the PC was connected to my mobile hotspot (which was a lot more stable and faster than the wifi that we used.). Not sure if thiss will help, but it could be something to test.
