Hi Alise, you say you couldn't participate in Catching lambs unit game. Can you explain exactly what issues you experienced? Were you unable to join the unit game at all, or did you get kicked out while playing?

Lisbeth | Bible X: whenever I opened the map/lamb game it was just black. One time I opened it I could see some of the other players’ names spread around, but there was nothing to do or click on.

Alise Itland: Do you have a screenshot of what your screen looked like? And what iOS version do you have on your phone?

Lisbeth | Bible X: I didn’t take a screenshot of the lamb game at the time, will do that if it happens again. But the map is always blank. I have the iOS 13.4.1, maybe I need to upgrade it?

Alise Itland: Yes, the app requires at least iOS 14.0 to run properly. Upgrading should solve these issues:)

Hi! Sorry to hear. What is the mobile device and app version you are using? Are you connected to the internet the whole time?

Eunice L | Bible X: I’m playing on my iPhone X, app version 1.7.11. I was connected to the internet the whole time, the others on my group had no problems with the map. I could open everything else in the archive and do the other tasks.
