"Connection Issues" with spinning gear, although I am connected and moving around. I play a lot of other games and can assure I have a great connection.

Always says "Connection Issues" with spinning gear even though I am clearly connected and moving around, getting quests, etc. I am definitely connected.
Also, is there no way to choose which monitor the game is running on?
I play a lot of games and have a great connection, I even uninstalled and redownloaded, same problem.
