Hello! I've just experienced the exact same issue. At first I thought it was normal but now I see it most definitely is not. It's not very consistent either, at some point almost the entirety of my screen in covered, while in others, there's no issue at all. I use an AMD 6700xt. I streamed the experience live on twitch, name SanchezEl_Rey, the VOD should still be up if you'd like to take a look.

I have a huge artifacts problem with AMD 6600xt card, that only resolves when I set all graphics to low. Otherwise the whole screen is filled with yellow squares, just like in the initial only up game where it wasn't compatible with 6600xt AMD cards.

Daya Tom: I'm seeing the same thing. I have an AMD Radeon 7900 XTX graphics card, Ryzen 9 7900XT CPU and am using a 60hz 4k monitor. I was getting strange yellow/red glow artifacts using Cinematic, Epic.
"Low" had fewer artifacts, but my GPU was still running at 98% utilization, which shouldn't be the case..

Daya Tom the same here, i have an AMD 6600, ryzen 5 and 32 gb ram using video preset in epic and cinematic.
update: even in low graphics i got the same

Came across a cliff-face rock that's not matching with the ground. Attached are two screenshots showing the location in-game.
