Like this? - Radeon 7800XT - 'Effects' has to go as low as it'll go in order to get rid of them.

updates: it is far better if i turn down the graphic settings to low but my it runs my GPU to 99% seems a bit strange

I had the same issue, I have the 7700xt and I set the Effects to Low in the graphics settings. The artifacts went away and was able to play the game. Not pretty solution, but a work around none-the-less

I'm seeing the same thing with my AMD Radeon 7900 XTX graphics card + Ryzen 9 7900XT CPU (60hz 4k). Strange yellow/red glow artifacts using Cinematic, Epic,..
"Low" has fewer artifacts, but my GPU was still running at 98% utilization, which shouldn't be the case...
Here is a video I took of the residual artifacts I was seeing with LOW settings:

Aaron Ruben: I would have liked to see this content but the game is so bad I fell asleep as I fluoride stared in the white abyss of the time machine. Never to return to my timeline or passover.

Same weird artifacts and light orbs on my screen. Turning everything to LOW makes it go away for me

I also have an AMD graphic card, the RT5500XT, and the graphical artifacts are everywhere. I am also using superresolution raedon.

I can't get past the very beginning of the game because the artifacts are so bad. I'm running an Intel Arc A770 Limited Edition and an Intel Core i5-12600K.

I am also having similar issues with this. Win 11, RX 6800xt, Ryzen 5 3600
