I parked my horse at the bottom of the steps leading up to the Temple and when I finished everything inside the Temple I came out and my horse was gone. I went back to the vendor and interacting with the vendor he only says, "I hope you enjoyed your purchase." I was not able to get a new horse or find my purchased horse.
