We were at the stage of having to find the flour & salt and we paused the game. When we got back into it, we were still wearing the priests robes but we were all the way back at the start. And also no character is interacting with us. We collected the salt and flour but there's nothing we can do at this point.

when doing quest, it stops registering out of know where. anything i have to make like the fruit oil, no credit for the story. I did 2 and still not registering, then if I reboot the game, I have to do everything all over again from the beginning even thou I click continue. Now that's frustrating, I know it's a demo for now but geez. This is my 3rd time starting over just to advance the story.

Hi and thanks for reporting this. Sadly, there is not a way to save the game in the middle of an ongoing quest unfortunately. This is one of our top priorities to get fixed. Thanks a lot for your feedback!
When saying that you cannot interact with any characters, does that also mean you don't get any quest steps? Or are you able to proceed and enter Jerusalem like you did before?

Bible X: I had the same issue and I could enter the temple and everything, but I was stuck on the part of the quest "Talk to the priests" and no one would talk to me
Simon Camilleri
Bible X: As Chandler describes below, I can go into the temple and the prompt says to talk to the priests there, but there is no interact button when you approach them.
Great game though. My 8 year old is fascinated by it!

Bible X: For the meantime, a workaround I found was unequipping the priest robes, attempting to go into the Holy Place, and then re-doing the Roman Quarter quest. Then you can return to Hebron and talk to him.
This at least keeps you from having to reset all your progress with the Scrolls and items and things.
