When Making the First Oil I completed the task but the game didnt register me completing the task.

Just after making the first olive oil the quest never got a checkmark and kept me in that part of the demo.

Same here, i noticed when this quest starts there are 4 things you need to complete to finish the quest, and when you start with the examine lampstand it checks the box and disappears but when you buy a horse it only checks the box, the other 2 does not check when you complete them and we only have an option to make a jug and not a pot.

I had the same issue. It also happened with the jug.

The quest also asks to make a "pot" but if you go to the potter elizabeth, all you can do is make a "jug".
